From June 15, 2025, after a 25-year hiatus, trains will once again run to Karpacz! Koleje Dolnośląskie offers 12 pairs of connections per week and 14 on weekends on the Jelenia Góra–Karpacz route. The fastest KD Sprinter journey takes just 18 minutes, and the journey from Wrocław to Karpacz takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. On weekends, four connections are operated by vintage trains, providing an added attraction. Traveling by train is a convenient, eco-friendly way to explore the Karkonosze Mountains!

Thanks to this, school groups, adult groups, outdoor schools, summer camps, and day camps can now all conveniently and ecologically reach Karpacz via the scenic railway route through the Karkonosze Mountains. This connection facilitates exploration of the region, offering quick access, stunning views, and unique journeys on vintage trains that add charm to any trip.
And from the station, it’s just a few steps to the “Zielone Wzgórze – Karpacz” resort – the most popular overnight stay for groups of all sizes. If necessary, we can arrange transportation from the station to the resort.
