Our Regulations

Thank you for complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests at our resort.
§1
1. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the premises of the “Zielone Wzgórze” Recreation Center in Karpacz and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation and paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at the Resort. By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of these regulations.
2. These regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the Zielone Wzgórze Recreation Center in Karpacz.
3. The Zielone Wzgórze Recreation Center in Karpacz regulations are available at the reception and on the resort’s website at:

§2
1. The room/cottage is rented for hotel nights. 2. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the last day of your stay.
3. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
4. Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
§3
1. Guest check-in is based on presenting an ID card or passport.
2. The total amount for your stay, less the deposit paid, is payable upon check-in in cash or by bank transfer, with the local tax collected in cash only.
3. Payment for your stay is non-refundable in the event of a shortened stay.
4. O.W. Zielone Wzgórze will accommodate requests to extend your stay subject to availability of rooms/cottages. 5. Guests should notify the reception desk if they wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 9:00 AM, the expiry date of the room/cottage rental.
6. Guests may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which they paid has not expired.
7. The Resort reserves the right to enter the room/cottage occupied by the Guest during or during their absence.
8. Guests, as well as their guests, are required to segregate waste.
9. Guests are cautioned against walking on slopes, which may result in accidents.
§4
1. O.W. Zielone Wzgórze is obligated to ensure:
◦ conditions for full and unrestricted relaxation for the Guest,
◦ a safe stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of Guest information,
◦ performing necessary repairs to equipment in the room/cottage, whenever possible. §5
1. Guest should notify the hotel reception of any damage immediately after it is discovered.
2. The resort is not liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, as well as for other items left unattended.
3. Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices resulting from their fault or the fault of visitors.
4. It is prohibited to remove room/cottage furnishings (pillows, duvets, blankets, cutlery, dishes, furniture) from the resort premises or to move furnishings and furniture to other rooms/cottages.
§6
1. Pets are allowed after prior notification to the reception and for an additional fee specified in the price list.
◦ Animals staying at the property must be under constant supervision; it is prohibited to leave animals unattended in rooms/cottages. ◦ Pets are not allowed in the area of ​​the resort where food is served.
◦ The owner is responsible for the full cost of any damage caused by the pet.
◦ Pets are not allowed to sleep or lie on beds, blankets, or other hotel amenities.
◦ Pets must be cleaned up after animals throughout the resort. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a fine of PLN 300.
§ 7
1. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all areas.

If the smoking ban is not observed, the Guest may be charged PLN 500 for disinfecting the room/cottage they were staying in.
2. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited in the cottages and their surroundings.
3. Lighting a fire or grilling is permitted only in designated areas. § 8
1. Unregistered guests may stay in the hotel room/cottage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
2. Quiet hours are required in the hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
3. During quiet hours, guests and persons using the services of O.W. Zielone Wzgórze are obligated to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace and/or well-being of other guests in any way.
§ 9
If a guest significantly disturbs the peace and/or well-being of neighbors and fails to comply with generally applicable standards of social coexistence, or damages the property of the resort, O.W. Zielone Wzgórze reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay at the facility and is not obligated to refund the unused period covered by the reservation.

§ 10
For reservations identified as high-risk, the resort has the right to charge a security deposit without prior notice to the guest. The security deposit amount is determined individually and collected at the resort’s request.
§ 11
The guest consents to the processing of personal data for check-in purposes and the inclusion of the guest’s data in the resort’s database in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of October 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 883, as amended). The guest has the right to access and correct their personal data.
§ 12
The resort reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. The user shall not be entitled to any claims in this regard.

The regulations are effective as of January 1, 2018.
